Sholeh Iravantchi is an experienced Orange County & Los Angeles county, criminal defense & Immigration lawyer located in Santa Ana, California. As a former public defender, experienced advocate and trial attorney, she is committed to provide you with personalized attention and aggressive representation.

Ms. Iravantchi after earning her law degree obtained her doctorate degree in psychology. Prior to working for Public Defender Offices, she was and still to this day is an avid advocate for children with disabilities and has represented numerous children in the arena of “Special Education.”

Ms. Iravantchi is a member of: State Bar of California, United State District Court, Orange County’s Woman Lawyer Association, American Immigration Attorney Association.

Today as a trial attorney, she has represented many clients with charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Her representation also extends to clients that due to criminal convictions are placed on Removal/ Deportation proceedings. Her knowledge of criminal proceedings and Immigration law, allows her to represent her client in both proceedings.

Ms. Iravantchi has attained advance training with “AILA” an American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Advanced Trial Skills training from California Public Defender Association.
