Can I be qualified to be a resident, if my mom is a US citizen and of legal age?
I want to apply for resident’s visa. I’m 18 years old and I entered legally here in the US. I have 10 years here. I graduated from high school, I have a clean record. My mom is a resident, what are the chances I can get it? What do I do?
