Can I still continue to file a K1 visa for my ex-girlfriend that I have already filed in 2008?

I’m a US citizen, in 2008 I applied for a K1 visa for my fiancée, she’s a Moroccan, but was then studying in Canada. We broke up a year later and abandoned the process before the interview, we stopped talking after about 10 months i met someone a Russian girl in Miami and we got married, come to find out that she didn’t have a permanent/ legal status so I applied for her green card, at the interview I was told she was arrested for prostitution twice, I moved out of our house and I’m writing a letter to USCIS to stop the process, an filing for divorce next week, now during the last two months I’ve been in contact with my ex fiancée ( whom I filed the K1 in 2008) and I really love her and want to get back with her, I can’t go live in Morocco and she can’t stay here or Canada because her visa expired in Canada and she’ll be leaving soon, so how can I get her here, should we get married right after the divorce is finalized? I asked those questions to an immigration lawyer on the phone, and he said that we have to wait at least 1 year after divorce to marry again? And that even then chances are slim because of my previous petition is that true? Will we be refused for sure? Is there anyways you can help us with this? Also if possible you handle our case, can it be done on the phone (payment online) as I’m in Florida and my fiancée is in Canada so we won’t be able to go to Los Angeles.
