I need to know lots more things before I can advise you on this - when did he come to the U.S., how did he come, has he returned to his home country after accumulating unlawful presence, does he have a criminal record, has he ever claimed to be a U.S. citizen, has he ever been deported, has anyone in his family ever filed a petition for him or one of his parents, etc.Best is to set up a consultation including him and we can review the situation and properly advise you on the options. Most options would require you getting married to him.
