Where should I marry my fiance for immigration purposes?
My fiancé and I applied for a Fiancé Visa, he did not pass the medical exam due to Marijuana in his system. I understand that we must wait 3 years to reapply. What are the other options? If we marry in Mexico can we apply for a Spouse Visa sooner? If he becomes an illegal immigrant, can we marry in the U.S. and remain together in the States?
