Will it affect my visitor's visa if I stay in the US while my K1 is being processed?
I am currently in the US on visitor’s visas and just recently got engaged. Can my fiancé file for my K1 while I am here as long as I return to Canada before my visitor visa expires?? Will it jeopardize my visa in any way to remain in the US for as much of this process as possible?
